David has overseen the Grants Program of Fulton County in Atlanta, Georgia, where he has created an on-site resource center to provide public and internal information on the program, its grant administration, databases and other issues pertaining to county, legislation and funding.

BA Psychology (University of Georgia). David has spent time in the Dominican Republic, Europe, Africa and throughout the United States and currently resides near Atlanta, Georgia.
